Listening with open ears has accomplished much over the course of history. Perhaps spreading the voices of those enmeshed in the Iraqi conundrum will spur positive action.

Officer Refused to Deploy to Iraq
Fresh Air from WHYY, January 25, 2007 · Army Lieutenant Ehren Watada is the first American officer to refuse to deploy to Iraq on the grounds that he thinks the war is illegal. He is joined by one of his lawyers, Eric Seitz, a civillian. Watada is now being court-martialed for his refusal, and for statements he made opposing the war and the Bush administration's leadership. The Iraq Veterans Memorial
Americans voted their disapproval of the President's Iraq strategy in November, yet as we approach the fourth anniversary of Bush's invasion, he has chosen to escalate the conflict by recklessly using more American lives to try to salvage a delusional national policy.
In response, peace groups and politicians from both parties have been crafting creative ideas to extricate the US from this catastrophic conflict and activists are ramping up their efforts to finally force an end to the war.

Here is a video I created regarding a Military Families Speak Out 24-hour vigil......Over 3,000 crosses, Stars of David, and crescents were created to honor the U.S. soldiers who have died in GWB's ILLEGAL wars. Names of those soldiers who have died were read. The video is an extremely somber vlog pictorial of photos I took of the vigil set to music. Video.

At the National Conference for Media Reform in Memphis, Tenn., on January 13, 2007, a bunch of us got together and organized a couple of ad-hoc panels about the war and impeachment. On a day's notice, we packed the rooms and drew crowds that wanted to discuss these issues as long as the speakers would stay. If you didn't make it to Memphis, you missed a great conference. You can find videos of Bill Moyers, Jesse Jackson and other speakers here.
Below are the videos and audio of our war and impeachment events. Enjoy!
Senator Chuck Schumer grills Gonzales and tries to get an honest answer from him about the MisAdministration's sudden change of heart on the NSA warrantless wiretapping program. Why did it take 5 years for Bush to decide that a FISA-like court could oversee the illegal domestic spying?
