The Iraq Veterans Memorial
Americans voted their disapproval of the President's Iraq strategy in November, yet as we approach the fourth anniversary of Bush's invasion, he has chosen to escalate the conflict by recklessly using more American lives to try to salvage a delusional national policy.
In response, peace groups and politicians from both parties have been crafting creative ideas to extricate the US from this catastrophic conflict and activists are ramping up their efforts to finally force an end to the war.

Here is a video I created regarding a Military Families Speak Out 24-hour vigil......Over 3,000 crosses, Stars of David, and crescents were created to honor the U.S. soldiers who have died in GWB's ILLEGAL wars. Names of those soldiers who have died were read. The video is an extremely somber vlog pictorial of photos I took of the vigil set to music. Video.

At the National Conference for Media Reform in Memphis, Tenn., on January 13, 2007, a bunch of us got together and organized a couple of ad-hoc panels about the war and impeachment. On a day's notice, we packed the rooms and drew crowds that wanted to discuss these issues as long as the speakers would stay. If you didn't make it to Memphis, you missed a great conference. You can find videos of Bill Moyers, Jesse Jackson and other speakers here.
Below are the videos and audio of our war and impeachment events. Enjoy!

Moyers: We 'Lit a Fire' in Washington From SavetheInternet.com, January 14, 2007 By Timothy Karr
Veteran television journalist Bill Moyers opened the National Conference for Media Reform Friday with praise for SavetheInternet.com's grassroots campaign to keep the Internet open and fair. "You lit a fire under people to put Washington on Notice," Moyers told a packed house of more than 3,000 activists and organizers. Net Neutrality, which Moyers dubbed the "Equal Access Provision of the Internet," became a broad public issue "that once again reminded the powers that be that people want the media to foster democracy not to quench it."...
