Human Rights activists, in Baltimore, MD, staged demonstrations on September 16th, 20th and 21st of September 2011, in support of Troy Davis. He was then on Death Row in a state of Georgia prison. Despite considerable doubt about his guilt, and the former head of the FBI, William S. Sessions, among others, urging a stay, Mr. Davis was executed by lethal ejection at 10:40 PM, on September 21st. An Eleventh-Hour request for a stay to the US Supreme Court was denied. To learn more, go to: AmnestyInternationalUSATroyDavis [1]. To work to "Abolish the Death Penalty" in the U.S., see: NCADP [2].
