A Forum on the Precarious State of the American Republic, the US Constitution & Civil Liberties, Post-9/11 [1] from William Hughes [2] on Vimeo [3].
A roundtable discussion was held on September 12, 2011, at Busboys & Poets in Washington, D.C. It featured the people's lawyer, Ralph Nader; Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, US Army (ret), and ex-Chief of Staff to Secretary of State, Colin Powell; Bruce Fein, adjunct scholar with the American Enterprise Institute; and Michael German, Policy Counsel to the ACLU on National Security, Immigration and Privacy, and also a former Special Agent for the FBI. The event dealt broadly with the "US government's reactions to 9/11." (This video's running time is one hour, thirty-three minutes and 44 seconds.)
