Here's a Jerusalem Post [1] article that mentions the use of radar provided by the U.S. but does not mention the recent withdrawal agreement in Iraq under which the U.S. will supposedly not control Iraqi air space and therefore not be able to provide it to Israel for purposes of bombing Iran.
