Just got back from the Oakland CA event - was turned away at the door!!!
They had filled all of the seats in the movie theater, packed the aisles, pushed people in behind the theeater seats at the back, and still about 200 people, who had driven in from all over, got turned away at the door.
I am SO PROUD of my fellow Californians for this turnout! I only wish I'd gotten in sooner!!!
Local radio braodcast of the event is available on KPFA 89.5.

Robert Klein and I, blogging here at the Oakland event, think that there are about 700 people here.
Oakland was galvanizing. We need many more events; like the Argentinians, it may be US descending onto K Street and Constitution Avenue in the near future.
Spinetransplant in DEM leadership? Not likely.
So, as the saying goes: where the followers lead, the leaders will follow. What is past is prologue. And it is up to us to keep up the momentum, write national papers and syndications across the country to keep the DSMs alive. And take back America.
