If you read the report, you'll see their use of the Pentagon's computer model is deliberately biased to the conservative, so in all likelyhood, you're right.
The video suggests conventional weapons would be most practical. That should not serve to assuage fears of nuclear war.
The Messianic Loon in the White House knows nuclear weapons haven't been used in over 60 years. Most people I talk to think I'm the Loon for suggesting the nuking of Iran is a done deal. A tradition of regarding their use as so horrible that no sane person would contemplate it has emerged over the decades.
But we're not talking about sane people here, are we? Do you give the likes of george w. bush "nucular" weapons to play with and expect him not to use them ?
