Tomorrow's Bush-Blair Reunion Discussed on Fox

KONDRACKE: OK, well, Fred, it's time for the tip sheet, and we'll see if you can burst this bubble. OK.

Item one, your hero, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, is going to visit President Bush next week in Washington.

BARNES: (INAUDIBLE), Mort, you remember how much I liked the speech that he gave to Congress in July of 2003?

KONDRACKE: You quote it often.

BARNES: I do, but I want to (INAUDIBLE) I want to show you (INAUDIBLE) an excerpt just so you'll be reminded of how good it was. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TONY BLAIR, BRITISH PRIME MINISTER: Tell the world why you're proud of America. Tell them that when "The Star-Spangled Banner" starts, Americans get to their feet, Hispanics, Irish, Italians, Central Europeans, East Europeans, Jews, Muslims, white, Asian, black, those who go back to the early settlers, and those whose English is the same as some of the New York cab drivers I've dealt with, but whose sons and daughters could run for this Congress.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BARNES: Wasn't that great?

KONDRACKE: Yes.

(CROSSTALK)

BARNES: ... there are other great stuff in that speech too, OK.

He's going to come. It is sort of payback time. You know, and, and, and, and I think President Bush is grateful that Blair has backed him in, in so many things, the war on terror and Iraq. And, and Blair needs a little help, (INAUDIBLE) you know, his plan for eradicating poverty in Africa and, and something on global warming. And I think the president will, will do that.

KONDRACKE: Do you know when they have their joint press conference?

BARNES: Tuesday.

KONDRACKE: It's going to be all about the Downing Street memo, you know, which alleges...

BARNES: Yes.

KONDRACKE: ... you know, alleges that Bush had planned the, the war way in advance...

BARNES: Yes, yes, right.

KONDRACKE: ... and was, was using weapons of mass destruction...

BARNES: Yes.

KONDRACKE: ... just as a, as a, as a talking point.

BARNES: You know what? That's a dry hole.

KONDRACKE: Yes, well, it's going to get, it's going to get explored.

"dry hole"???
don't "THEY" wish.
This is THE smoking gun and the people of conscience need to exploit it for ALL it's worth. An impeachment trial is TOTALLY appropriate!
