Thank you, Mr. Conyers. I've been writing my Congress people (Senators Feinstein and Boxer and Rep. Pelosi) for months to institute impeachment measures. I'm lucky if I receive even an acknowledgment for my trouble.
Whatever you do, activists and members of Congress, please ensure that Resolution 637 passes in tandem with Resolution 636. Things are sure to get even worse if the Dick takes over when Dubya splits.
I call upon every free thinking person to stand up and denounce this unlawful justification of a setting President. If he and his subordinates are not held accountable for this breech of trust, then We The People is no longer a worthy motto to guide a nation by. This instituting of fear must be cut at the roots or it will seed into and become a heart of darkness. The people will eventually see the Rule Of Law as meaningless. Is that the destiny of our Nation?

It can be interpreted as evidence that the only way to 'resolve' this situation is through a nuclear attack on these facilities; or, on the other hand, as evidence that this problem can be resolved only through diplomacy.
In other words, the 'playing field' is asserted to be, exclusively, the political paradigm.
What the media needs to start doing if this war is to be prevented is to discuss that the fundamental purpose of the Revelations in the Torah, the Prophets, the Gospels and the Koran is Peace rather than conflict; love rather than hatred; the Moral Law rather than the wholesale descent into immorality which necessarily occurs with warfare.

Local business is good for the community. Community centers are a place to meet your neighbors, local politicians, and begin real reform that can reach to the Supreme Court. Thom Hartmann points this out well in his book "Unequal Protection" (see my book list at www.MeriaHeller.com) .
We've got good momentum going worldwide for peace, now let's get it going on a local level for understanding and knowing our neighbors, neighborhoods and taking care of our social problems without depending or waiting on our government to do it.
The power IS the people.
