I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS IN THE CONSTUSTION THAT IF A PRESTIDENT WENT TO WAR ON LIES HE WOULD HAVE TO FACE A COURT AND HAVE TO FACE CHARGES ON CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.
