It's an excellent and very important talk by both persons in this video even if they didn't speak for long. And Ethan McCord's words should definitely raise emotions, the very supportive kind.
It's great that this United National Peace Conference took place. And it's good to see that several videos of different speakers at this conference are publicly available.
Definitely a must view and hear.
