Charge: “Regulators Were Sleeping with the Oil Industry!”

On July 20, 2010, a rally was held on Capitol Hill, in Washington, D.C., to protest BP. One of the speakers was Aaron Viles, Campaign Director of the Gulf Restoration Network.
