Jeffrey Blankfort: “I was an ‘Espionage Target’ of the ADL!” from William Hughes on Vimeo.
On July 7, 2010, at “The Spy Museum,” in Washington, D.C., the IRmep sponsored a panel discussion. It was titled: “Israel’s Nuclear Arsenal: Espionage, Opacity and Future.” Human Rights activist Jeffrey Blankfort, a Middle East analyst and radio show host, served as the moderator of the event. He claimed that he was a “espionage target” of a branch of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) located in California back in the early 90s. Mr. Blankfort said he was successful in his lawsuit with respect to this purported violation of his rights. See: CounterPunch and ImpactVoters. Mr. Blankfort also bought the audience up to date on the satus of Mordechai Vanunu. He also charged that the House Speaker, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), regularly carries with her the “dog tags” of an Israeli soldier “captured by Hamas.” For background on this forum and its sponsor, The Institute for Research: Middle Eastern Policy, go to: IRmep.
