Add Jim McGovern to the list. That makes 15! See whip list: http://defundwar.org

And three have told PDA they will speak out and whip their colleagues: Kucinich, McGovern, and Conyers. The latter is forming an Out of Afghanistan Caucus.

To me, it's more dreamy talk, but if these Reps can help to influence the MANY other Reps to stop the war(s), then great. I think money or economics is much the real motive for one or two of these Reps, but while that's not the ideal motive, if they can help influence the rest of Congress into stopping the wars, then NO ONE can ethically stand in the way to block this.

I doubt any good will come of their efforts, but if they succeed, then it'll definitely be great and a great [start]. There's a lot more correction that is urgently needed, but I won't elaborate on this for now. Stopping one or two criminal wars is a great start, if this can be achieved.
