Don't forget then Sec. of Def., Rumsfeld.

Of course! There's nothing at all to be surprised about. After all, the real ruling elite of the govt of the USA really need Israel's psychopathic help for the achievement of global domination by the former group. NATO's "help" is not sufficient. It probably can't be as fully relied upon as the psychopathic rulers of Israel can be.

I just read the article by Jim White and definitely also recommend that people read it.

Quote: "Closest thing yet to Bush on trial: the trial now underway of Canadian who tried to arrest Dubya".

That quoted text (but in David Swanson's article) provides a link to an article in which there's a link for a Youtube video, "CBC Adresses STS vs. Bush (Finally!)", which evidently (not having viewed more than the very start of it, but will view it very shortly) is a CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) interview on March 8th, 2010, with the professor who posted the page a little further below and at www.globalresearch.ca (GR) for a five-part video of a total length of around fifty minutes.

The clip (of nearly ten minutes) from the CBC interview says that interviewed is Professor Anthony J. Hall and that he's a professor of Globalization at University of Lethbridge, which apparently is a city "of southern Alberta, Canada, south-southeast of Calgary", according to a dictionary I just checked. (I thought U. of Lethbridge might be in England.)

EDIT NOTE: I just began listening to the interview on CBC and find the start a little annoying. If you don't want to hear regular news reports, then just jump to 2:28, which is the point at which the interview with Prof. Hall starts.

Quoting the brief intro. from the following GR page, since it's the sole text accompanying the video clips:

"Professor Anthony J. Hall gives context and background on the trial of Mohawk activist, Splitting the Sky. STS attempted a citizens arrest on George W. Bush in Calgary, AB, Canada on March 17th 2009".

"VIDEO: George W. Bush War Criminal Under Canadian Law
The Trial of Mohawk Activist, Splitting the Sky"

by Prof. Anthony J. Hall, Globalization Since 1492 (a Youtube channel), March 8th, 2010, originally of March 7th

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=17998

"VIDEO: Bush is a War Criminal"

by Spliting the Sky, RT America (Russia Today), March 9, 2010, originally March 8th

Quoting the short text for and with the video, "A man named Splitting the Sky, tried to arrest former President George W. Bush for war crimes. He crossed police lines on one of President Bushs visits to Canada and was arrested. He now faces criminal charges in court, the trial began today".

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=18017

In the above video, Splitting the Sky (STS), speaks greatly as usual, and the man seated on a sofa behind STS seems to likely be Professor A. J. Hall (see my above post). He doesn't say anything in this interview though.

The above video is a little over five minutes long, while the video in the following page is 3:59 and is for an RTAmerican interview with Professor Chossuvodsky on STS's attempted citizen's arrest of Bush in Calgary last year.

"VIDEO: Citizen's Arrest for President Bush?"

by Michel Chossudovsky, RTAmerica, March 9, 2010, originally March 8th

Quoting the brief text for the video, "A trial begins today for a man who calls himself splitting the sky. He was arrested a year ago in Calgary for attempting to make a citizens arrest on former President George W. Bush. Since that time he has been hailed by academics and professionals alike".

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=18016

A NOTE re. my above post:

In my above post, I referred to a link in David Swanson's post, "Closest thing yet to Bush on trial: the trial now underway of Canadian who tried to arrest Dubya", and the linked article provides a link to a GlobalResearch.ca (GR) article, which I'm linking again, below. The Youtube video also linked in the same article David Swanson linked to is for a CBC Radio interview with Professor Anthony J. Hall and he referred to Lawyers Against the War, which STS also refers to using for defence of his actions in the above RTAmerica interview.

The aforementioned GR article is by LATW and I wish to link to it again in this post to bring it into immediate view for readers of my two posts here; because of LATW being a source used by Prof. Hall and STS in defence of STS's actions and the need for Canada to be a truly sovereign country that respects law, conventions and treaties, instead of being or continuing to act as a (an unofficial) colony of the U.S., etcetera.

"Lawyers Against the War (LAW) request RCMP to investigate George W. Bush for War Crimes
W is reported to be planning to visit Calgary, Alberta on or before March 17, 2009"

by Lawyers against the War, March 11, 2009

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=12668

The article is for a copy of a letter sent to the RCMP and is signed by Gail Davidson, who STS, in the above RTAmerica interview with him, said is the chair of LATW, which is a Canadian association or group of lawyers based in Vancouver, B.C. (Canada).

This letter is likely what Prof. A.J. Hall said he (and maybe also STS) was using when he was interviewed by CBC, but maybe he was also referring to other LATW documents.

VERY IMPORTANT, the following article, which is by the person who interviewed Prof. A.J. Hall in the five-part or -clip video for which I posted a GlobalResearch.ca link in my above, first post, or the person who filmed or produced the interview, tells us about the first day of the trial against STS, who apparently did greatly in defending himself, but who strikes me as needing to find a new defence lawyer. The one STS had for the first day, Charles Davison, doesn't seem experienced, seeming very unprepared and junior, and a case like this trial requires a solid defence lawyer. It turns out that the first day was considerably favorable for STS, nevertheless, but no thanks to Charles Davison.

"Bush Citizen's Arrest in Canada: Judge Manfred Delong Meets Splitting the Sky"

by Joshua Blakeney, March 9, 2010

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=18020

The morning's Canadian police testaments and the prosecutor's claims should be treated as laughable dark comedy by this Canadian court and judge. The prosecutor claims Bush didn't commit a crime in coming to Canada, but it's irrefutably clear that the opposite is true.
