If ever the Bush Jr-Cheney administration is prosecuted, then

this criminally forced use of the National Guard for U.S. wars abroad could and should be added to the charges against this now former presidential administration. We could add the U.S. Congress for allowing this crime, but how to prosecute the hundreds in Congress is ... beyond me.

Of course this crime could only be prosecuted in the USA, since it didn't break any international laws, conventions or treaties, only criminal action against U.S. law. But it should be prosecuted, I think.
