Progressive Democrats of America Petitions Lynn Woolsey: Don't Appear with CA's Jane Harman

Please sign the open letter to Lynn Woolsey

We have heard from many progressives, both inside and outside PDA, expressing disapproval of PDA advisory board member Lynn Woolsey’s decision to headline a fundraising event for Jane Harman this coming Saturday in Venice, California. As you probably already know, PDA has endorsed Marcy Winograd in California’s 36th Congressional District, the seat currently held by Jane Harman.

Please click here to read the open letter we've drafted and will deliver to Lynn on Wednesday, January 13, which asks Lynn to cancel her appearance.

After you sign the letter, please click here to help PDA elect Marcy Winograd. Enter “Winograd” in the special funds drive box at the bottom of the page.

We hope to exceed or at least match the funds that Harman will raise at the Saturday fundraiser. Marcy is running a great grassroots campaign, and it is more important than ever for the grassroots to lend their financial support to winning her election and unseating Jane Harman. Click here to contribute. Don’t forget to enter “Winograd” in the special funds drive box at the bottom of the page.

Thank you for taking action and please use the tell-a-friend button (above left) to forward this email to like-minded friends and family members.

In solidarity,

Tim Carpenter
PDA National Director
