No Arbitration for Rape in DoD contracts | Stop Family Violence

Jamie Lee Jones was brutally gang raped when she worked for Halliburton/KBR in Iraq. When she tried to sue she learned her contract required her to use arbitration - a secret proceeding that denies civil rights.

Tuesday the Senate will vote on an amendment (SA 2588) that will prohibit defense contractors from requiring arbitration in cases of rape or sexual harassment.

ACT NOW to send your Senators a free, pre-written message urging them to pass this important piece of legislation. Read more, act.
