CAMPAIGN TO DRIVE OUT BUSH REGIME HOLDS RALLY AT STEPS OF THE WHITE HOUSE
Nationwide actions on November 2
WASHINGTON, DC LAFAYETTE PARK
11:30 AM-2:00 PM

The movement to drive out the Bush regime begins tomorrow, Wednesday,
November 2 with actions in 67 cities, 43 colleges and universities, and 90
high schools (at last count). In Washington DC, people will gather at
11:30 am in Lafayette Park, at the gates of the White House, to serve
notice that the end of the Bush regime is near.

Travis Morales, a leader of the Washington D.C. group who have been
encamped in front of the White House since October 17, said, "The American
people know it's time for Bush to go. The tremendous response to the
World Can't Wait call shows that people don't want to wait for others to
act or for the 2006 elections. Every single day that George Bush remains
in office is a disaster at home and abroad."

The World Can't Wait was founded in the summer of 2005 in New York City.
The initiating call has been signed by an ever-growing number of people,
including Harold Pinter, Jane Fonda, Kurt Vonnegut, Alice Walker, Eve
Ensler, Gore Vidal, Richard Serra, Cindy Sheehan, Howard Zinn, Michael
Eric Dyson, Russell Banks and Cornel West.

WASHINGTON: Rally 11 am at Lafayette Park. At the rally, an important
announcement from organizers will be made about next steps in the movement
to Drive Out the Bush Regime. For interviews call:
