This Somali Pirate Incident smells like another Gulf of Tonkin

Something about the pirate incident around the Horn of Africa doesn't smell right. I don't think we are being told the truth here. No way...say it isn't so... Anyway, I think there is an awful lot of effort being expended to make us believe the official line. Why are there more of these "pirates" converging on the scene? What's the real story?
