I don't think he is entirely so comfortable in the full light of the sun as he prefers the shadows of anonymity. Most powerful men do when they're up to no good.
Bush and Cheney salted Washington good and this one is one of the worst because he seems so innocent and mild mannered. Nothing could be further from the truth.
