Nice idea, but Patrick Fitzgerald? This is the same guy who spent millions investigating the Plame outing and wound up indicting a flunky on a technical violation. He let Bob Novak slide, who clearly violated the law in naming a clandestine operative. He let Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, and Lawrence Eagleberger slide, each of whom was clearly implicated. Fitzgerald is an incompetent, politicized, grand-standing phony who couldn't convict a ham sandwich of ham possession.

I don't care if the special prosecutor is Donald Duck! It's the process that counts! The world has to see that the American people recognize what we have done and what we have become and that we are trying to correct our mistakes that counts. If we don't, the criminal acts become what our country stands for in the eyes of the world. Obama will change NOTHING unless WE demand it! We are the "progressives", he is just a politician.

Latest Ron Paul video is right about many issues. He erroneously says fighting has been going on for hundreds of years [but not about this current mess.] He never condemns Hamas for sacrificing its own people by hiding and firing rockets among civilians. Israel is awful and so is Hamas.

I haven't found any reference to Dennis or Cynthia condemning Hamas. They may say a cease fire is needed, but I've yet to see these politicians say anything negative about Hamas.

Read Robert Fisk article a few posts back - rockets recently killed two schoolgirls and are always a threat. As to the missing PLO billions stolen by Arafat, of course they won't be returned. Just reporting how corrupt and impossible the Palestinian leadership has been. Remember, the Palestinians would not live with the Israelis and went to Jordan, and experienced more problems for not wanting to stay in Jordan.

I would suggest to you and highly recommend to you reading the books of Professor James Petras. He is a sociologist at the University of Bingamton in New York.
Professor Petras has studied the influence of what he refers to in his latest book as the Zionist Power Configuration or ZPC for short.
If you are making claims about the lack of condemnation for the likes of Kucinich, Paul and McKinney, it is most likely due to the ZPC's influence in the American corporate media. The mainstream media is one of the many elements of the ZPC as is quite clear when you read Petras' works. In addition, if you take some time to carefully study what Petras is saying in his books, you really must examine your own conscience to determine if you have been taken in by the influence peddled by the ZPC and its many elements.
Having said all this, it is good that you can see the actions of the Isrealis as counter productive to their proclaimed desire for peace. For thema s well as for wealthy Americans war remains GOOD BUSINESS!
