The NSA has been spying on Americans since its inception. That's old news. That doesn't have anything to do with the Protect America Act.
In the United States, ex post facto laws are prohibited in federal law by Article I, section 9 of the U.S. Constitution and in state law by section 10.
But the supreme court has been letting more ex post facto laws stand in recent decades.
Typical Bush....He can't stomach the fact that we, the American people, have freedoms in this country. He's made a mockery out of the Constitution. To him its just a GD piece of paper
