US Attorney to Border Patrol - No More Small Possession Cases
By Paul Richmond
My Medical Marijuana client was detained and charged by the U.S. Border Patrol at one of the new checkpoints on the Olympic Peninsula.
I sent a letter pointing out the questionable nature of these under the Fourth Amendment with supporting caselaw.
The U.S. Attorney responded by dropping charges and four others, then issuing a new policy that they wouldn't prosecute "small possession cases."

All federal and state laws that punish responsible adult cannabis use must be ignored. Chris Dorsey, RVA4Peace
I would have died 30 years ago if I continued. The last two years of my life have been the greatest ever. I work with smokers and watch them everyday. It seems that service workers have to smoke outside so you see them often.
I smoked mary jane while in the service way back then. It should be legal.

I love to hear stories showing signs of people waking up and being sensible and respectful and caring about each other. It is so nice. Yea! Let's keep pushing in this direction!
