It is the overlooking of such fraud that causes and allows bankster bailouts to happen, which subsequently allows banksters to get into your pockets and pocketbooks! Nice cozy D.C. group of criminals vote themselves in, set each other up in their gang from Chicago and continue doing crime business the Bushfraud traditional way.
Emanuel is North American Mossad Chief for Israel, so it doesn't matter that he may not have Israeli Citizenship as he is still representing Israel and from within the U.S. Government like a deep cover spy.
