On 9-11-2008 they've got the minimum requirement 0f 30K signatures of NEW YORKERS to be able to present the initiative to the City Council.

Their goal is to reach 45k or more. To be sure they place it in the General election Ballot.
These FOLKS are not afraid of being called "CONSPIRACY NUTS".
