if you guys really wanted some REAL progress you’d be doing like the states in the EU are doing and start protesting for a federal referendum or better yet a federal initiative cuz the Constitution SUCKS

You are correct that this might be the only thing short of a physical coup which will work.
It is the gutless wonders, Congress and Speaker Pelosi who suck, not the US Constitution. If they would quit taking bribes and simply do their respective jobs The Constitution would indeed work.
Additionally the conflicts of interest of members of Congress who hold investments seems to be standing in the way, especially with Pelosi and her companies, corps.,etc..
It's been stated already Obama has met at AIPAC as though he is supposed to be beholden to some illegal lobby of foreign interest. Also Hillary, the Mossad/CIA AGENT is said to have threatened Obama some way and may have offered bribes. So the thing President Jimmy Carter said would be worst for the Dem Party, taking on Hillary as a running mate, is happening right before our eyes. We see the flip occur where Obama loses his independence real fast and goes over to the other side.
The problem with the referendum is: it is probably too late! Read my posting on what the admin-regime is reportedly doing to create a martial law cover, and declaring financial emergency and the anthrax deal. They've apparently set up Hatfield, etc.. thanks, joe martin
P.S. Like Stew Webb (www.stewwebb.com) and others are saying. Duct tape and handcuffs will eventually be necessary.
