Another House Judiciary Committee member has joined Rep. Robert Wexler’s call for former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan to testify before Congress.

Through a spokesman, Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.), the Chair of the Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, tells Politico: “Mr. McClellan’s allegations raise serious questions about the decisions made by the highest levels of our government — questions that need to be answered. I certainly support having Mr. McClellan provide Congress with sworn testimony on these issues.”
