We the People vs, the War Criminals. Sign the Warrant!
In this country, there is a common misunderstanding of the proper relationship between our elected representative government, and the people that it serves. Most people have accepted the notion that the Constitution not only governs the structure of government, but that it places limitations on the rights of the people as well. This is only partially correct, and mostly wrong.
When our Constitutional government is operating properly, it means the checks and balances are working. The stated goals of the people (life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness) are being met. And most importantly, the individuals that We the People have delegated authority upon to act on our behalf, our elected representatives, are adhering to their Sworn Oaths of Office. But this is not the case. On the contrary.
Since 9/11, and frankly for a great deal longer than that, the majority of individuals in our government have gone out of their way to defy the will of the people and to flaunt their utter disregard for the rule of law. They have corrupted the integrity of their Offices, stained the reputation of the United States, and laid waste to our Constitutional protections and procedures.
Now it might seem that all is lost and that there is no remedy for our plight. However if you consider the words of our original founding document, that being the Declaration of Independence, then there is cause for optimism.
"When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate & equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, & the pursuit of happiness: that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, & to institute new government, laying it's foundation on such principles, & organizing it's powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety & happiness. Prudence indeed will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light & transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses & usurpations pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government, & to provide new guards for their future security."
Now many in the peace and social justice movements rightfully say that this document was written by rich, white men for the purpose of structuring a government to fulfill their economic ambitions. Or that the Preamble does not include women and people of color. The fact that these statements are true, is irrelevant to the matter at hand. The very fact that the document in question contains these following words is proof as to its ability to restore our government of the people TO the people.

When it comes to the sad reality that we as Americans all face, that our government has been subverted by individuals with the intent of overthrowing our Constitutional Republic, we might easily become overwhelmed and unable to see the solution that may lie just within our grasp.
We do not have to allow the corrupt politicians to DICTATE our future!
We do not have to allow them to have the last word!
We can take positive steps right now to restore our country, and to restore our dignity. Now is the time for all good people to come to the aid of their country!
Read and sign the Peoples Warrant for the arrest of the War Criminals who currently are threatening the very future of our freedoms, not to mention any chance of our children or grandchildren being able to enjoy the freedoms we HOPE we will still be able to teach them about in the not so distant future.
Support the calling of a new Peoples Constitutional Convention to bring the power back to the people where it belongs. Let's do our part to support and defend the Constitution by fighting for a series of Peoples Amendments that will accomplish just that! We can amend the Preamble to reflect our modern values! We can incorporate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights into the Preamble! We can incorporate the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People into the Preamble!
We can for one simple reason. We, that would be you and me, We are the "We" in "We the People!"
