Judge Orders Release of Abu Ghraib Photos

New York - Pictures of detainee abuse at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison must be released despite government claims that they could damage America's image, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

US District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein said terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan have proven they "do not need pretexts for their barbarism."

The American Civil Liberties Union sought the release of 87 photographs and four videotapes as part of an October 2003 lawsuit demanding information on the treatment of detainees in US custody and the transfer of prisoners to countries known to use torture. The ACLU contends that prisoner abuse is systemic.

Brutal images of the abuse at the prison have already been widely distributed, but the lawsuit covers additional photos not yet seen by the public.

Gen. Richard B. Myers, the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, had maintained in court papers that releasing the photographs would aid al-Qaida recruitment, weaken the Afghan and Iraqi governments and incite riots against US troops.

Hellerstein said in his 50-page opinion that he respected Myers' arguments but noted, "My task is not to defer to our worst fears, but to interpret and apply the law, in this case, the Freedom of Information Act, which advances values important to our society, transparency and accountability in government," Hellerstein said.

The US Attorney's office in Manhattan, which argued the case for the government, did not immediately comment on the ruling.

So more pictures are available showing that our troops have been become immoral, sick to the core because of the being in the service which is controlled by an evil occult. The public doesn't care because the mainstream press has told them that torture is OK so the people accept that opinion as their own. No one in America can even think for themselves anymore so all the government has to say is that the pictures aren't bad and everything will be just fine. Or, the mainstream press just won't tell the people about the pictures so "what pictures?"

It is important to add to the pictures that already exist. The new pictures are reported to show even greater violations. The reports from the Army's own investigation admit this. The new information could be used as valuable tools to wake people up.

People will begin to wake up to the corruption, as I did. As greater numbers wake up, mass realization will set in that it is time to take our country back.

We will take our country back through decentralizing and repeal. We must take back our elections and our polling places. Remove the illegal and corrupt Diebold electronic devices! Elect 3rd party candidates at the local level. Then congressional seats and finally senate seats. Vote for candidates that advocate a return to a constitutional republic and monetary reform. Vote for candidates that advocate controlling our borders and protecting our soveriegnty. Repeal NAFTA and CAFTA. Stike Down the FTAA before it is too late! Put Americans back to work.

Get foriegn troops off our soil (result of Katrina disaster; by the way, death count was maximized courtesy of FEMA engineering). Open a real 911 investigation. Start asking questions. Things dont look right because they are wrong!

Turn off the TV and spend time with your family! Take your family back, take your country back. LETS ROLL!!!
