A "Democratic Donor Strike" against the DSCC and DCCC is progressing at LINK http://www.democrats.com/donor-strike-2007 until such time as the democratic leadership team starts protecting and defending the Constitution, restoring "the rule of law", insuring "checks and balances", and demanding the "truth" and "accountability" from our elected officials. HELLO Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.

I have been sending back similar responses for several months to PA, and DSCC and DCCC. On one in particular I wrote all over the cover letter how I felt betrayed by the House and Senate after November, 2006.
The next time I got a mailing, it proclaimed how my contribution would be "matched"! It was then that I realized what was going down.
The Democrats" handlers, read AIPAC, trump the contributions of people like us and our voices are effectively silenced in favor of the the Isreal firsters.
Funny thing though, I haven't received many more solitications lately in the mail. But they still call and I still get to have some fun that way.

I heard an anti-scammer on NPR the other day, and he has made it his vocation to "out-scam" the scammers, such as the "Nigerian prince scams " . When they call, he says he will wire them a few hundred to thousands of dollars and gives them another home phone line and tells them its his "cell phone" . Then he calls them back from his "cell phone" and tells them he is "driving towards Western Union" (he put background noise on a tape that sounds like heavy rush hour traffic while he is "driving" towards "Western Union" talking on his "Cell phone"). He tells the receiving end that he is almost there and for them to expect their "thousands" within the hour, and then all of a sudden you hear him "panic" and then these horrible "crashing and screaming noises ", then dead silence. "The Nigerian prince" then realizes that he was duped out of thousands of dollars ! (tee-hee)
How many variations of this can we do to those who call but will not impeach?.... let us count the ways! :-D

In yesterday's feelgood call, I listened again to the scripted thanks-so-much for-all-the-support. When he finally took a breath, I said I knew he wasn't reading my letters, just his script, or he'd know all our money was going toward impeachment efforts. He absolutely sputtered -- "but...but...but" just like in the comic books. We also enjoy sending their mailings back, with impeach scrawled in red everywhere, in the envelopes provided where they pay the postage,
