Congressman Wexler will call for Impeachment Hearings before the House of Representatives on January 15, 2008. There will be live CSPAN coverage 7-9PM Eastern Standard Time.

Congressman Wexler brought up the concept of PRECEDENCE on his Youtube for WexlerWantsHearings. I hope he brings it up again on the House floor.
I am soooo not kidding ! "Smokey Bones" restaurant will give me a TV channel on request as long as it is not Sunday Football or a pre-scheduled basketball/football/other sports game. I asked them if I can request CSPAN at 7pm and they said YES, so its "Smokey Bones" BBQ and CSPAN for me tonite! YIPPEE!!!
WOW WEXLER! Did everyone almost pass out like I did when the Pentagon interrupted? I thought that was the P for Pentagon speech for sure! Omigosh, I thought, they couldn't be so obvious as to interrupt Wexler. THEN WEXLER CAME ON, and WOWEE KAZOWEE! I turned up the volume monitor at my table real high so that about 5 tables around me would hear the truth, and the TV monitor was high overhead so plenty more at Smokey Bones restaurant could see! IT WAS GREAT! What a moment in history!!! We were yahooing and hollering "Impeach" as if we were watching a football game...Lol, and my son called what's her face the Nazi Megabitch when she told everyone in the House to stop clapping (that's MY BOY! )... can't stop a train from moving now Nancy, get out of the way!!! Woohoo! That was so fantabulous ...
so was the BBQ!!! ;-D
PS David and all, did you catch Wexler mentioning ADS?!
Saw a congresswoman listing friends of ours and it switched, unexplained to pentagon propaganda. Did anyone hear how the congresswoman introduced her one-minute speech?

...you saw, it wasn't a one-minute speach. She was asking for time for those "friends of ours" (Wexler and others) to speak after House business was done.
There were no objections, and it was so ordered--then it switched to this...
That's as much as I can tell you, Rain, and I was watching it, too. I did hear a female voice say "Oh, My God" just before the switch, but I don't know whose it was, or what it was about.
Back live, right now, though. Maybe we'll get to see something, afterall.

The rest of our friends who were granted time tonight either didn't show up to claim it, or talked (Woolsey and Watson) about something else. So, still no "inside help" from the Progressive Caucus, that I can see.
And Dennis got blocked, again, in Vegas, too.
Looks like the hi-jacking of our democracy just keeps on going, but maybe Wexler can get something stirred up, inside, with his petition. If he's running for something, he'd get my vote--just for what he did tonight, but I'd rather think he's for real. Somebody up there has got to be.

It is hard to be as political as I am at night. Made Summer put down her Nintendo whatsit so she would watch Wexler be part of a better part of his/herstory.
Awful about court deciding to cave to NBC, but I think that will help folks realize that is about....the corporations. We know, but need to get the word out. WE ARE The MEDIA! My recent mantra.
