latest from the Bring Them Home Now Tour

Dear Friends,

Here's the latest from the Bring Them Home Now Tour:

Coming to a city near you
In the next few days, the North tour will be passing through Pennsylvania and Maryland, the Central Tour will be stopping in New York and Massachusetts, and the South tour will be hitting South Carolina and North Carolina - all on their way to DC - more information to follow about plans for the arrival of all three buses.

Photos, reports and more on the website
Our website continues to grow! We've added a new photo section so you can see tour participants as they make their way across the country. And we have new reports every day from all three tours - stop by and get the latest, including this report from Dante Zappala of GSFP on the South Tour writing about September 11th:

Today was a difficult day for many of us, a day of mixed emotions. We joined the nation in observing the anniversary of this tragic day when terrorists attacked the United States. We also realize how this event was used to start the war in Iraq—the war that has brought us all together under these unfortunate circumstances. Needless to say, it was a good day to go to church.

Spread the word!
We're asking all of you to help us get the word out about the tour as we pass the half-way mark. We need volunteers to help let people know about the rest of the tour and the events coming up September 24th through 26th in Washington DC (we hope you'll join us there!). You can find ways to help spread the word by clicking here.
