direct democracy

We need to take control of our country. The only way that we can end the military industrial complex is impose a system of direct democracy on the state. We obviously cannot rely on our representatives or our polling system. I have developed a way to bypass the representatives. It starts with developing a website that will make writing and endorsing state initiatives easy.This will give the people more immediate control over California, as well as any other state that has the initiative process. Once we have California under our direction. We can use the power of our economy to influence national politics. We can use this influence to stop the Fascist Warmongers, and possibly install a federal initiative system. It is a lot of work but this is the only plan I have heard to date that will solve our base problem. The only people that we can trust to act in our interest is ourselves. I am looking for volunteers to help build the website. I am also starting a non-profit organization with the goal of spreading direct democracy over the internet, and I could use some advice from someone with some experience.
