End the War on Iraq and bring the troops home, a message voiced today in Terre Haute.

The "Bring Them Home Now" tour made a stop right here in Terre Haute earlier today in front of Books-A-Million.

The three bus tour group is travelling from Texas to Washington D.C. after a month long vigil outside President Bush's ranch.

Those with family in the military spoke out at the protest.

"We are protesting the war and miss appropriation American funds and resources to ends that do not lead us anywhere except more violence and deaths for American families resulting in Iraq and New Orleans," said Specialist Benjamin Hart Biges of the Airborne Infantry.

The next stop for the tour group is Indianapolis.

Heheh. :-D

Well, somebody did say something about fighting for equal rights for women in Iraq, but the "miss appropriation" doesn't seem to be having much success. In fact, the so-called "constitutional" process, despite all the American "help" seems to be headed in exactly the opposite direction.
