PROGRESSIVE CAUCUS MEMBERS TO UNVEIL PLAN TO FULLY FUND A MILITARY WITHDRAWAL FROM IRAQ

Washington, DC - Members of the Progressive Caucus will unveil their plan for a fully funded, and systematic, withdrawal of US soldiers and military contractors from Iraq tomorrow at 9:30am in the Capitol Radio/TV Gallery. The proposal calls for any funding for military operations in Iraq would be used to provide military commanders with the resources that they need to execute an organized withdrawal of US military personnel and military contractors from Iraq by a date certain.
