GOT TO IMPEACH

1. When you lied to the country, to take us to war,
it was a serious crime.
You said he had weapons of mass destruction, soon he¹d be at our door,
So we¹d all fall in line.
You may have fooled us once, but now that we see,
We¹ve Got To Impeach.

2. When you piled the prisoners, onto the floor,
You took their clothes and respect.
Then you tortured and beat them, you¹re cruel and obscene,
Then you watch their minds break.
You say the Geneva Conventions, are only for the weak,
So We¹ve Got To Impeach.
BRIDGE: Half truths, witholds and lies,
They¹re all the same,
To deceive was their aim,
Ain¹t all clear and plain,
The only conclusion to reach,
Is We¹ve Got To Impeach.
3. When you break down our doors, or tap our phones,
There must be probable cause.
The Constitution protects us, you must get a warrant,
You¹re not above the law.
If there are any laws that you have breached,
We¹ve Got To Impeach.

For the sake of our country, the land of the free, We¹ve Got To Impeach.
We¹ve got to practice, what we preach, We¹ve Got To Impeach.
If we want peace, we¹ve got to get him off the streets, We¹ve Got To
Impeach.
