W stands for Way, Way Down

Huffington Post

Well, it's official. Yesterday the AP certified W as reeling in the polls.

Here's the Yahoo News online headline on Will Lester's AP story:

"Bush Approval a Low for Recent 2-Termers".

Washington Post Backs Out of 9/11 Event AP - Tue Aug 16, 1:30 PM ET Sent 222 times

WASHINGTON - The Washington Post is withdrawing its offer of free advertising for an organized event by the Defense Department to memorialize the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, the newspaper announced.

Do I hear sounds of panic and scurrying to the hills for cover. If they're starting to lose control over their MSM assets, methinks they're in deep doodoo.

Many of the prime movers of the disastor in Iraq (Wolfowitz, Feith, Perle, Frum, Wurmser, etc.) have already crawled back under rocks and will let poor Georgie hold the bag for following their "advice" so that he could be a war president. The rose petals that Bush and the rest of the braintrust (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Powell, Bolton, Libby, etc.) expected in Iraq on the basis of their "fixed" intellegence was replaced by raodside bombs and rocket propelled grenades. Now our soldiers have paid with 1854 lives and over 13,000 wounded.

Like all good things Bush's party must come to an end. I hope he had fun because I sure didn't.
