Lt. Watada of the US Army is currently undergoing hearings under which he faces up to eight years in prison for refusal to go to the illegal Iraqi war. He's more than happy to go to Afghanastan or elsewhere, however he feels the illegal war in Iraq disallows him from participation.

He refuses to commit war crimes on the orders of President Bush.
