The Fight for Habeus Corpus on Guantanamo

Michael Rapkin, attorney and member of ACLU Foundation Board..

Rapkin represents a Saudi client on Guantanamo and will speak about prison conditions there, unchecked executive power, and the legal and legislative attempts to deny Guantanamo prisoners their day in court.
