I was there that evening with a close friend. I am a Vietnam "era" Vet. I served 2 years, 4 months in the US AF from 1968-70. I believed in our Armed Forces. I still do. I learned a lot back then. I am impressed with John Bonifez and his passion of the US Constitution. I support his "inquiry" into President G W Bush's actions of directing this "second Vietnam" (like) war. Congressman Frank is an intelligent statesmen but I disagree with his conservative look on only bringing our "children" home from Iraq. I agree with his assessment of the Congress. (Repulican majority) but why can't we follow the inquiry and see if the real "Patriots" will stand for Liberty and Justice. The Truth will prevail. I know.

Everyone should be working to get Sibel Edmonds story out. I know it doesn't have much to do with downing street but it's another link in the chain which could be resolved soon if a congressman were to grant her a hearing. I think more should be done to hear and expose this woman's story. It's sitting there like a ripe plum waiting to be plucked if only some congressman had the courage and people were behind her. She only has 12,000 signatures but MoveOn.org could help her if they too took up her cause. Get the truth out. No more sitting on stories. Expose them.
