Sorry guys Macbeth is a fraud. He was NEVER in a Ranger unit, although people are still checking to see if he was in the Army. The consensus is that he NEVER wore a uniform. There are true antiwar veterans out there, I suggest you find one.

What more needs to be said?
Just look at this motley crew. Everyone has a right to an opinion, and wars are certainly traumatic events that elevate emotional responses. But being very upset about something does not necessarily make you an expert on the subject.
Many of these people are upset emotionally and it may have nothing to do with the war. But they need something to latch on to and you can't get more clean and righteous than being 'against war.'
I do sincerely wish you all the best in your search for inner peace.
Being against war is not a matter of choosing to be "clean and righteous" ...it is a personal moral response. I oppose war and believe in the old art of diplomacy that seems to be so neglected now. Instead of seeking truth, investigating well and discussing issues - we sanction and attack based on weak and manipulated intelligence.
This war in Iraq is clearly a chosen war that benefits the invading countries as well as the many private contractors who the governments of the US and UK support. How can anyone view it in any other way in light of the absence of WMD's, Downing Street Memos and countless irregularities in the run up to the war? You only have to view who profits to see why the war occurs. Iraq wanted to change trading oil from Dollars to Euros, much as Iran has declared - Iraq never got the opportunity to switch currencies and I have to wonder if Iran will.
The torture, murder and abuse we commit in Iraq is unforgivable and has no place in any war - least of all an elective one.

If he denies to this day the mass murder of millions of Cambodians it is a statement of moral greatness of Chomsky and this site. If he calls Hezbollah freedom fighters when they give the Hitler salute at their rallies, it is because his definition of fascism, and yours, only means the United States and can never refer to actual fascists with actual genocidal anti-semetic intentions.
Macbeth is a fraud for your information, he wears his uniform wrong, and unless he enlisted at 15 the timeline he describes is incorrect. It is impossible for him to have 3 combat jumps, as there have only been 3 in Iraq and Afghanistan all done by different units.
Also, I know many military members who have shot people and most people don't know this but there is an investigation that goes with every shot fired. If little kids have been killed, an investigation would have turned that up. Not to mention service members would speak up (more than just this guy).
There are so many things wrong with this guys story it's almost impossible to talk about them all. If you guys want any credibility for your organization you should drop this poser. Simply ask him for his DD214 (discharge papers) and when he fails to produce them you'll prove to yourselves he is a fraud.
