And NeoCon is short for ... not neo-conservative, because while it could be for that meaning, what I had in mind is con as short for "con game". When people play con games with or on others, it's often (enough anyway) referred to as a con. And it's what the Bush Jr-Cheney administration did. They conned the naive, gullible, ... segment of the population into believing that the admin.'s lies for "justifying" war on Iraq were truthful.

But neoconservative could be the alternative meaning if neocon or neo-con was added to your list, since you specified neo-liberal and while the government and military clearly haven't been conserving respect for the Constitution and other laws, conventions and treaties, the wars on Iraq and Afghanistan aren't the first time the government and military have conned the public into believing that the U.S. was warring in a justified manner. There are many (too many) precedents for us to think that these two wars are firsts in terms of the government conning the population into believing that these wars were justified and that the country is truly in danger from foreign terrorists.

So since one more word can be added to make your list one of eight words, the list could be:

Bloody Neo-Liberal Neo-Con Neo-Fascist Zionist Quest for Hegemony

The bloody fascists liberally conned the population into supporting the "zionist quest for hegemony"; although, it's really the Corporate America quest for [global] hegemony, power, dominion, and GREED. The Zionists are only "side benefactors", and because they're also greedy as hell, they push like hell for reining hell on others who aren't their friends, hell.

Hence, a revision could be the following:

Bloody Neo-Liberal Neo-Con Neo-Fascist Corporatie-America-with-Zionist-cheerleading Quest for Hegemony

Or,

Bloody Neo-Liberal Neo-Con Neo-Fascist Corporate-Globalist Quest for Hegemony
