Video: Baltimore Remembers Troy Davis at Memorial Event

Activists in Baltimore, MD, on Oct. 1, 2011, at noon, held a protest/memorial in remembrance of Troy Davis. It coincided with his funeral in Atlanta, Georgia. Steven Ceci of the "All Peoples Congress" served as the MC for the event. Speakers at the memorial, besides Mr. Ceci, were: Ron Kipling Williams, Marvin "Doc" Cheatham, Kaukab Siddique, Andrew Castro, Nnamdi Lumumba and Ashira Na'im. The protest was held at Sharp & Pratt Streets, next to the US District Court. To work to "Abolish the Death Penalty" in the U.S., please go to: NCADP.
