Obama’s FBI Gets Earful from Protesters at Washington, D.C. Rally

Obama’s FBI Gets Earful from Protesters at Washington, D.C. Rally from William Hughes on Vimeo.

On Tuesday afternoon, September 28, 2010, a demonstration was staged in front of the FBI’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. The protest action was in response to recent “FBI raids and Grand Jury subpoenas,” which targeted activists associated with the Antiwar Movement, according to the press release of the organizers. For background, see: CounterPunch and YouTube. (Running Time: 55 Minutes and 47 Seconds)

The United States struggled to heal after September 11th. Any person that was within the United States then knows that. Family and friends of those who perished were devastated. Not only that, however history books show every person within the country at the time to be hurt by it. President Obama makes it seem like September 11th wasn’t as hard for the country as it truly was. Liz Cheney was really angry that President Obama said this.

How and since when do "history books show every person within the country at the time" were "hurt by" 9/11; since when and in what ways?

Actually, come to think of it, I'm sure the "official story" on 9/11 has been placed in new editions of fictional history books in the USA; to try to indoctrinate or brainwash children and youth with fictionalized history while claiming it's truthful history, "the whole truth and nothing but the truth", Washington and top ruling elites, along with their supporters, would claim. And of course they'd probably also add the Washington lie about the Taliban supposedly having refused to hand over Osama bin Laden, which they really never did. They refused to hand him over if no evidence indicating that he was responsible for the 9/11 attacks was provided, but this is a totally legitimate, legal and necessary condition to base the hand-over of persons to states or any other parties wanting to deal out punishment, which, really, the U.S. elites really never had any intention of doing to Osama bin Laden anyway.

How many lies are there in these new entries made in Americans history books? How many truths? Oh, I'm sure that we can find one truth. After all, they surely mention that there were attacks in and against the U.S. on 9/11. The rest of what the books say about 9/11 probably is either all bogus, or very much so; like the final report from the 9/11 Commission, f.e.

So, in what ways do the history books describe Americans having been "hurt" when the 9/11 attacks happened? Do these books say that we were all hurt in the same way, or do they illustrate the truth and, therefore, the different, contrasting ways in which we were hurt (and angered, many against only alleged foreign attackers, some correctly against Washington)?

Some Americans weren't as much hurt as their egos having been given a blow. Either some, or else many, Americans experienced the blow to ego, rather than real hurt. Consider the fact that a very large majority immediately wanted revenge and very immediately supported war on Afghanistan, and [blindly] so; without having any evidence of the alleged perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks having been really guilty. They didn't care about the fact that if foreigners really attacked the U.S. on 9/11, then it was most probably because of the crimes of the U.S. and Americans across the planet against hundreds of millions of innocent people. Nope, those people didn't count, U.S. crimes, murder, plunder, imperialism against others is okay, Americans living based on all of the lies fed to them by the elites through the so-called news media is okay, always disregardable; but Americans being attacked because of their crimes against humanity across this planet, now this is supposedly unacceptable, or certainly was when 9/11 happened.

It's peculiar to think that such people could feel any real, true hurt; as opposed to being "hurt" only because of receiving a hit to their egos.

How can [thoughtless] people feel real pain, emotional pain?

If we can't and don't feel pain, real pain because of our crimes against others, then I can't believe that we can feel any true or deeply true pain when others attack us. Instead, it's a matter of ego.

But witless people at one point sometimes do wake up at another, later point, and this evidently has happened, thank goodness.

I get a Youtube video link with the word "Youtube" in the text with the embedded video clip here, above, but while the word "Counterpunch" has the same color as the word "Youtube", "Counterpunch" doesn't have a url for what looks like was meant to be a hyperlink to the CP article.

It's the result I get with Firefox 3.6.10 anyway.
