Help Send Peace Activists to Afghanistan

Dear Friends,

During the past week, two dozen people have committed themselves to forming a delegation to Kabul in mid-March of 2011. Six more people are very interested in going, but they have not yet raised sufficient funds for the trip. We are writing to all of the people whom we initially contacted to ask if you or anyone you know would be interested to make a contribution toward expenses for any of these potential travelers. If so, please contact us at 773-878-3815 or by email at kathy at vcnv.org and we will let you know of a potential traveler who would be quite grateful for contributions toward expenses.

Also, if you know of any potential donors whom you think would want to help, we'll be grateful for your assistance in extending this appeal.
