Help Germany Go the Way of Peace and Kick Out U.S. War Bases

Gerhard Frey has created a petition to the German parliament, the Bundestag, to add an article to the German constitution identical to  Article 5 of the 2008 Constitution of Ecuador which reads:

"Article 5. Ecuador is a territory of peace. The establishment of foreign military bases or foreign facilities for military purposes shall not be allowed. It is forbidden to transfer national military bases to foreign armed or security forces."
