Rally/Press Conference to Support Postal Workers and a Hunger Strike At 1 PM, on Thursday, June 28, 2012, a rally and press conference was held in Baltimore, MD, in front of the Main Post Office. Local social justice activists, joined up with members of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU), to show their support for the workers, a hunger strike, the United States Postal Service, (USPS), and to stop the efforts "to bust the union and to privatize the USPS."
