Bill Hughes’ Slideshow of 22 photos from the Capitol Hill Rally to “Defend Public Media”

A rally was held, on Tuesday afternoon, March 15, 2011, in Washington, D.C., on Capitol Hill, at Upper Senate Park, to oppose any congressional efforts to defund public media, such as NPR and PBS. The event featured speakers from the AFTRA, CWA and WGA, East unions. Some of the cast members from “Sesame Street” also made an appearance.
