Baltimore’s Inner Harbor Workers’ Stage Rally

On Monday, October 25, 2010, Inner Harbor workers staged a rally at the Power Plant, in Baltimore, MD. Their purpose, according to their press release, was to highlight the “filing of a class action lawsuit against Disney’s ESPN Zone for failing to give workers adequate notice before suddenly shutting down in June, [2010], in violation of the federal WARN Act.” For background, see: UnitedWorkers.
